Fatima Sarah Khalid is a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, working across AI, DevSecOps, and open source, where she helps teams adopt emerging technologies through demos, workshops, technical storytelling, and R&D projects focused on agentic workflows. She is also a fellow at Newspeak House, London’s College of Political Technology, where her research focuses on multi-agent AI workflows, hands-on experimentation with agent systems, and hosting ClawClub, a monthly AI agents hack night. She is an experienced international speaker, having delivered keynotes, workshops, and technical sessions for developer audiences around the world on AI, open source, and modern software development. She also hosts GitLab’s Monday Merge and The Developer Show, featuring conversations and live demos on AI and emerging tech, including an episode with Kelsey Hightower.
